No induction sealers or heat shrink bands are required for these liner seals. They can be easily peeled off from the container without the need for tools or a heat gun.
Instructions Ensure a clean surface on the cap, place the lettering side of the seal into the cap, apply pressure to attach it tightly, and screw the lid on securely. The seal will activate within 12-24 hours.
Application Foam lid liners with torque-activated coating are suitable for adhesive application on glass, plastic, and metal jars, as well as various round containers with metal or plastic lids and closures. They have a wide range of applications, making them compatible with regular mouth jars, jugs, pots, cans, and other round neck containers, regardless of the material used, from glass to plastic.
NOTE 1. Please make sure the right size you need before ordering. The outer diameter of the bottle mouth is consistent. 2. Once the seal is removed, the tightness will be affected when reused. 3. These pressure-sensitive liners are best used with powder or dry products, not suitable for applications containing oil; Avoid overfilling the container. 4. These PS foams are not suitable for use at high temperatures.
