Be sure to install correctly, most bad reviews regarding broken fasteners were due to incorrect mounting. I toured Ireland for a month and these panniers ROCKED. secure af… no rattling. oh, and it rains in Ireland. a lot. best value hi quality combo ever.Bag looks great, I like the material and the straps.Problem-the latches that connect it to the bike rack do not stay put. The idea of adjustable clips is great. But since they are defective, the bag comes off while you are riding. It has fallen off several times--typically one of the latches comes loose by sliding off the bag's latch track, so the bag starts hitting the spokes. This is incredibly dangerous to the bike, the rider, and the stuff in the bag.Riding in the city, it is not cool to have to worry about my bag, I've got enough to deal with...I contacted the company twice, and have not received a response. Bag was about 1 month old when I decided it was defective.I will keep trying to get them to respond, and maybe try to affix the adjustable latches. Until then, I need to strap it up, wasting time, and stopping to make sure it is still attached, visually checking it...Update:So after leaving my unhappy review, I received proper contact info from the seller and received great customer service from Rhinowalk. The bag is well made and the clip works well if properly locked and not fussed with--set it and forget it. So far so good.I got hit by a car the first time I used these bags and they're TOTALLY FINE. My phone was in the side pocket and didn't get a scratch. Can't think of a better durability test!I was happy to get this as a gift from my family until the interior pocket started coming loose from having my 13 MacBook Pro inside which barely fits w a neoprene sleeve. Then on my commute the lower clip snapped off and my gear was swinging in the breeze. No bueno.I believe in accuracy in advertising. I purchased these at the same time as I purchased a pair of 17 liter Overboard Panniers. The photo is a side by side comparison, Rhinowalk on the left and Overboard on the right. I thought the Rhinowalk would be considerably bigger, but just the opposite. The Overboard pannier is slightly larger, and listed as a 17 liter bag. Both bags are well built, but the Overboard has what seems to be a simpler mounting system (top bar friction mount) which should be less prone to failure. It also seems to grab the rack somewhat more securely. The Rhinowalk bags have an internal mesh and zipper pocket, that seems convenient for small packable items. They both have an external zipper pouch, but the Overboard's is larger. The Overboard has a plastic shell insert that makes it easier to keep the bags shape while you are packing it. For another $10/bag, the Overboard seems like it is made from better quality material, so it would be my first choice.I am very happy with these bike bags. I purchased ortlieb bike bags before, and the quality is just as good although they could work on the clip close and release to make the parts move more smoothly and effortlessly like the ortlieb brand. But they are definitely good enough and I’m very happy with the quality and I’m pretty finicky.I commute 4 days out of the week in the PNW regardless of weather and this has held up well for about 1.5 years. I do wish the front compartment was a little bigger and the large pouch had a sleeve for paper/computer etc but for a basic bag it's great. My Axiom Streamliner rack's rails were a bit small so to tighten things up I added some gaffer tape around the rack at the contact points and that worked very well. Nice bag.I pored over the internet in search of reasonably priced panniers, and though I was skeptical at how cheap these were, I took a gamble on them. The gamble paid off - these panniers are rugged, sturdily built, waterproof, and easy to use. I got in an accident while using them and one got scuffed up pretty good, but its durability held up. Previous reviews about some assembly being required are no longer relevant - they were ready to go right out of the box. The plastic clips to attach the panniers to the rack are made of plastic that may not last forever, but they've held up well for me thus far, so I have no complaints. I would happily tell anyone to buy these panniers.他の方もおっしゃっていたように、物はすごくいいのですが、サイドのバックルの片側が裏表逆に取り付けてありました。直す方法は無いですかね?それ以外は完璧なので残念です
